APPOINTMENTS

 

Please note Shear Madness Studio has a 72 hour cancellation policy.

​

If we are closed, a voicemail or email must be time stamped 72 hours prior to avoid a cancellation fee. 

​

Any appointments cancelled within that time frame will be subject to a $75 fee. 

​

No call no shows will result in a 100% charge of the appointment and a hold on clients account until paid in full.

​

We are also subject to charge a late fee as of 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. 

​

We have a no exceptions policy to this rule. No exceptions means we know things happen but in the spirit of being fair and consistent, we need to treat everyone equally, regardless of the specific scenario. 

​

We will respect your time just as much as we appreciate you respecting ours and other clients for the day.
